ebros, First check what your setup is on the 'Master' mixing deck, [M] key shortcut. There is a 5.1 Surround button which if depressed changes the L/R pan knobs for each track to little surround editor windows with red and blue dots.

alyssamy, Without seeing your results it's hard to say, but a possibility is that non-smoothness is a consequence of how you took your photographs. Two factors top the list: If you didn't use a tripod the backgrounds will be unsteady.

Hi, Select the object, and type Alt + K. The object will be transformed in two mono objects on 2 different tracks. These objects are paned in the center by default. If you play the 2 tracks, it sounds mono because they are centered.

Hi, Are you sure to record in MONO mode, one mic OK, but what parameters in section 3 of the recording submenu and in your audio interface? MONO is centered and can be pan L or R. In MMM, press the "TAB" key of your keyboard.

Yes, apparently it does make a difference. This is just a guess, but I suspect that if you import a MIDI file using the File Manager, it is being played by your soundcards MIDI synth as opposed to any MMM synth. That may be why you do not have
