    Hi Which version of MEP are you using and what format are you selecting in the Burn dialog - DVD, BD or AVCHD? 35 Gb == approx a 9 hour DVD or 2.5 hour BD/AVCHD - so I guess you are trying to burn a HD disc. Check all tracks on your timeline

    proprem, Any titles, transitions etc, and tht DVD menu will take up some space but not likely so much. Check the file formats of your source video and of your output. If you start with say standard definition video and go to maximum quality full
