  @emmrecs Hi Jeff. Yes it was offered as part of the initial first upgrade to 2022 before it was changed to the current offer. I do not have the current Sound Forge offering but do have NBU5U. Yes it required an activation code. Ray.

  Yeah I did.   Originally i got Vegas Pro 365. which came w/ sound forge. i put the activation code, and my email in, and just gives error 14-. vegas pro works fine. sound forge does not. ive also tried re-installing and installing again.

  Thanks for your help. I made a more recent post here. I managed to get it reinstalled using a Trial version. The activation dialogue tells me my code, email etc is valid, but I cannot open the program. I'll try the email address as you suggest.

  Did you use the email address that was used when your SF app was originally registered. The serial code and address are paired. Otherwise, if your emails to Magix have not resulted in a response (which is odd), request a support ticket from Magix
