  Hi @ Terry - Sorry these are Blu-ray projects not DVD. I'm betting on the discs being the problem. You can try Terry's suggestion about checking the video files with a player - the difference is they are located in the BDMV, Stream folder

  Hi Windows Media Player cannot play DVD's - you need a program such as PowerDVD or VLC to play them on a computer. I would suggest you give the person the DVD so they can play it on a DVD player and: Export the movie as a mpg or mp4 or both,
