  Unfortunatelly don't use any of them so cannot coment on compatibility but Waves use some kind of a wrapper/shell. SSL as far as I know has a big install for all of their plugins so maybe it is also a wrapper? Of course Acid devs should look into

  Waves uses a wrapper but SSL plugs are individual .VST3 and .DLL files for each plugin.   I don't enjoy Reaper so much in regards to it's user interface. What I do enjoy about Reaper is that it just works. It runs fast, efficient, most every plugin
