black screen for 1 second 5 frames towards end of mpeg 2 files on playback

mpg files from sony hdr-cx 300 video camera when played back within magix movie edit pro 15plus have black screen for 1 second and 5 frames towards the end of each file. the Remaining few frames then jitter. The files play fine in windows media

Where is the Cache located? Can I move it?
