[Closed] i'm trying to make karaoke dvds. how do i set it so when in playback, the vocal can be turned off and on?
this may be related to dual channel setting, but why doesn't it give me options to tuggle between the two audio tracks during playback of the exported file or the actual burnt dvd disc? can someone help?

It can be done in many cases... Raltaro is right in that once a song is mixed down; isolating individual components is usually not possible. Vocal tracks are usually recorded in stereo right down the middle of the mix - this gives you a good chance

How can I ceate a karaoke music video with sinchronized text?
I am using Movie Edit Pro and I would like to create a karaoke video by pasting the lyrics for the song in the title editor. I need to know if there is a way to sinchronized and highlight the text (maybe a scroll bar) with the audio.

Hi Josue,Like ralftaro said, you're going to need a multi track program to be able to record vocals over a piece of music... As far as removing the vocals from a song already mixed down - he is also correct and you won't be able to remove them fully

I'm afraid once the song exists in form of a mixed-down audio file or CD, it's not possible to isolate and remove one element anymore. You would need to have access to the original multitrack recording (e.g. on multitrack tape or as a project file
