@DJ_Leo It depends on the VSTi whether it changes the volume after receiving cc7 messages. Some do, some don't. A lot of VSTi have a MIDI learn function. Maybe you need to first connect the VSTi volume control to cc7.

It seems to be working now. I was able to change from Primary Sound Driver to Speaker on the audio playback tab in Program Settings>Audio/Midi after it had defaulted to Direct sound. Once that was selected it allowed me to select Music Maker Asio
