  Hi, I would not trust Magix Photomanager 12 to open anything.  Try opening it in some other photo app, even the windows photo app.  If you can open it, save it as jpeg, not png or bmp, and then try again. George

  Hi, Probably you try to open a compressed jpeg file and the software cannot reconized the file. Try to open using the original software supply with your camcoder and export in bmp or png. Regards, YR
