RE: MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015 Plus Syncing Audio
Hi Further to what Jeff has said:- If a progressive audio drift is present on a long take then you could, after syncing the start, use the timestretch function of MEP to align the end of the tracks. If the drift is only small then you could do

Hi, I haven't experienced most of your problems, but I will test with more soundpools and instruments recordings and a voice recording or two. Is there any particular point at which problems start? By this I mean a certain number of tracks,

RE: Masks with Pixelan SpiceMaster Pro - tutorial
Hi John, Thanks for taking a look. I had a comment that the last couple of minutes did not play smoothly because I used timestretching. I redid this part, extending out my clips and the transitions. It's still fast, but should look

RE: How do I match samples in different keys by adjusting the pitch?
Hi, Which version of MMM do you have? Year and Premium or basic? Try timestretch and pitchshift ( Shift+P) and adjust the pitch by a whole note, I believe.

Hi, I like your persistence. This is a user forum and no one here works for Magix, so your question about regaining the functionality of Elastic Audio should be sent to Magix. I have never had elastic audio as I only had MMM2013 basic, so I

RE: Why wont it let me set the exact length of Image duration?
Hi Steve, The table that John EB has given is a good reference. Since you mentioned 25fps, then you are likely in PAL land. What that means and using the table, is that the length box will give you minutes, seconds and frames. As John says,

RE: 25P to 24P Conversion using Time Stretch/Resample quality....
Hi The timestretch function will slow down the video, it will not give you a change of framerate (fps). To change the fps you set this in the export or burn settings in MEP. There are some downsides to doing this:- An issue which can be

The first image is what I actually see when selecting the Timestretch/Resample option in MEP 2014 - There is no option to change my bpm rate from 120.00 to 120.07 (I know you would only see 120.01 in the window but it supports the extra decimal).

Hi, Do you not get the following screen which is just a different colour from that in MX? This is what comes up under Audio effects, Timestretch/Audio in MEP2014 and VPX6. I don't have 2015 to test it.

    Use mouse to timestretch
I have MM Soundtrack edition (Feb 2014) which works OK.  The Help file says there is a "mouse mode" to drag an item to change the tempo (timestretch). And I've found elsewhere that shortcut keys ALT-7 might switch mouse mode to this timestretch

RE: How do I adjust tempo within a work? That is, ritardando, fermata, change of metronome speed.
I believe you're asking too much of MMM - it's not that sophisticated. Obviously, with the quantization turned off, you can play any tempo you wish in MIDI. But, you can Timestretch individual audio objects so that their apparent tempo is
