RE: [Closed] Crash Log does not open
@AAProds Hi Al . . . . Why, in VPX, would you want to operate without the source monitor? . . . . Sometimes it is a necessity, I do this regularly, when I am working on my laptop, as now, and I do not have access to a second monitor, eg a TV. to use

Updating / Upgrading present and future concerns
Greetings, I'm constantly being bombarded with emails to update or upgrade my MS2025 Premium to VDL2026, even more so over the past couple of weeks. I'm sure the same applies to all their other video and audio users. If "new" Magix still runs true

RE: DVD Architect Studio 5.0
Of course, recording a 4K movie (3840x2160) is possible. 50 frames per second - no problem. I've been recording these for 2 years. My own videos from a camera or drone in 4K quality. Then processing in Vegas for the full film. Vegas gives files in

RE: How to fix or smooth de-interlaced content?
@jak.willis So would the problem appear to be more to do with the frame rate causing the issue then? Or is it definitely all because of the deinterlacing? Jak, they are related. My understanding is this: the interlaced file has an "effective" frame

RE: Weird issue with using Smart Copy/Smart Render in MEP 2019 Premium
@jak.willis Hi . . . . just the header info to indicate the file is interlaced instead of progressive . . . How do you do this . . . . AFAIK, you cannot do this, there is more to this. The video must be re-encoded as the progressive video is split

RE: How to burn files to BD with menus but without having to re-encode?
@jak.willis Hi Jak . . . . 720x576, then won’t the video still get compressed with more loss of quality? . . . . The loss, if any, should be minimal, the source video is already at a bitrate lower then the default for 720x 576 SD quality as you can

RE: The output formats are messed up in Movie Studio 2024
=== The PAR has nothing to do with how the video is supposed to be displayed. For example a captured AVI of 720x480 is supposed to be displayed in a 4:3 frame. An AVI of 720x576 is also supposed to be displayed in a 4:3 frame, not a 5:4

They also all perfectly play on my old computer connected to an old low end tv ( as monitor) at the condition that I adapt its fps to the video. The issue is definitively the fixed 60 fps rate of my current screen…

Hi SP Nope if that’s what rraud was talking about, no. I always go through: options, preferences, whatever to make sure record /playback is connected where I want them. I hiked up the bit rate out of frustration, I was trying everything! Any sound

RE: Stereoscopic 3D Video Export Issue
@CubeAce Hi Ray Oops my bad, I should have been more precise in clearly stating that the Anaglyph is for previewing only, to ensure the Stereo effects is applied and adjusted correctly. I was exporting as 3D stereo SBS, full or half width, MP4 files

RE: How to burn files to BD with menus but without having to re-encode?
@jak.willis Because if I’m encoding in 720x576 then it will be throwing away some pixels - am I right? Surely the answer to that largely depends on your original files. If the source of those files was anything above 1024x576 then pixels surely have

RE: Poor result on still image travelling
Hi Marc. When I said it is unwise to alter the refresh rate of a monitor I meant to try to push it above it's native refresh rate. You could try going lower but you may experience flickering on the monitor itself. The refresh rate can be changed on

@Maju.M EDIT: Hmmm. It seems that Maju.M deleted the message or something. I answered for nothing. Hi, In order to burn 4K to a disc, you would need a 4K/UHD Blu-ray burner that can actually do it and a writable 4K/UHD Blu-ray disc. To watch it on

RE: Size/Position/Rotation is registering a re-position as an animation
@john-x Hi, Just another small point - the TV viewing area limiting the title viewing area can also affect word wrapping so that a long text line does not go outside of the desired TV viewing area. It will automatically word wrap. John CB
