  I use Samplitude Music Studio 2014 with a Presonus 16 channel StudioLive Mixer with a FireWire, not USB, interface.  Each track can be accessed/edited individually.  So I think your setup should work too but you may need to go to the Program

  Noisy reverb when using Revolta 2's internal reverb and Asus Xonar DS card. All other reverbs are fine.
  As above.  I have tried all iterations of ASIO, WASAPI MMI, etc.  It is only the internal reverb that is available on the Revolta 2 synth and only when using the Asus Xonar DS audio card. I have even tried different bit depths and buffer sizes.
