RE: No video after upgrade to 2021 Movie Edit Premium Plus
Thanks John. Tried that but it's still wierd. Its giving me the phone footage in the opposite dimensions as to what it should be so it appears all squashed up. I'll keep trying stuff! Cheers All my portrait oriented videos also display and render

RE: Instagram Story render bug
@Zaza_from_Johor @johnebaker Hi. If you both noticed in my earlier reply I had noticed the orientation of the Osmo Pocket clips and commented on them. Also that despite that, on my machine it did not present any problems. I did use the least amount

RE: Instagram Story render bug
@Zaza_from_Johor Hi . . . . Does this would give you an idea why there is a problem in the first place? . . . . This could be a quirk of the particular device. I tried all forum orientation with my Samsung and they export OK when rotated to the

@Zaza_from_Johor Hi . . . . after I pressed ctrl E to change the orientation . . . . That is the most likely cause of your issue! Assuming you have not re-assigned keyboard shortcuts - Ctrl + E is the Object Properties dialog, see image below,

@Zaza_from_Johor Hi. Earlier in the thread you said Thanks Ray... That is what I have been doing exept the last part where I click on adjust to adjust the playback window display to a portrait mode. You must not do that if you have adjusted the

RE: Instagram Story render bug
@Zaza_from_Johor Hi The issues in the video are typical of using the wrong Rotation control as I mentioned above- see this tutorial and compare what I did to what you have done. Once the project is set up correctly it is very important to not use

RE: Picture blurred when video camera facing downward
@peter-senn Hi This sounds like the image stabilisation on the cameras cannot determine where it is supposed to be when pointing down and hunts causing the lens to 'jitter' as it cannot sense any X-Y motion that occurs when correctly orientated and

RE: [Closed] is this price correct on Pro X......495 USD ?
@Former user It's obvious that you don't use MEP or VPX. Both are heavily shortcut-oriented as well as mouse-oriented and menu-oriented. Most everything has a shortcut and I use them extensively. I have put the ones that I use most on my ShuttlePro

@AAProds @johnebaker @ovisopa Hi AA. Yes he did it deliberately, read his post. Hi Ovisopa. Yes I've exported as HEVC, MPEG-4 and AVI. All were OK. Longest conversion took 17 secs. I wonder if you have other video codecs on your machine other than

@johnebaker Hi John. But what if the file is imported in the correct orientation and no rotation was needed? Ray. It never happens, portrait recorded Files added to timeline are always recognised as landscape

RE: Portrait Pixel3 images displayed correctly and NOT
@FF22 I think John EB in the past has stated it is the jpgs orientation flag that isn't always picked up. If I'm wrong he will probably correct me in about seven hours time. 😁. As for MEP not sending crash reports. I had the same problem with MEP

Portrait Pixel3 images displayed correctly and NOT
I'm back after taking a vacation from my vacation slide show. Since MEP 2020 was occasionally barfing (crash, but no crash report), I decided to give MEP 2016 a try. Well, besides the Preview being oversized (not fitting the window and not the
