  I paid for the MPEG4 addition and it said it successfully loaded but I still cannot open MP4 videos in Magix Movie Studio Pro 14. Only get black screen. Any suggestions or ideas will be appreciated..

  Hi, I just purchased Movie Studio 14 and it won't download. It keeps saying to click here if download doesn't start, whcih I've been doing and it just takes me to a screen to log in again. How do I get it to download.

  No joy, Lads. I even fired up my old PC with VPX 12 on it in case VPX influenced the access. I also confirmed the Magix LUT folder payout in VPX. Movie Studio on that PC didn't show any LUTs regardless of where I put the LUT folders.
