[Solved] How to load saved 'video effects / facial bluring' onto a new video??
I have a video, used Magix to add facial blurring at various stages & positions (tracking the face movement using mask effects feature).I saved that project, plus also saved those video effects as a file, and also saved that video.I have the

RE: [Solved] Masking to movie edit pro
@Jasper1 Hi There is no Bezier mask selection feature in Movie Edit Pro 2020. It does have a mask generator however I suspect this not what you are looking for - see this tutorial for how it works. HTH John EB Forum Moderator

[Solved] Masking to movie edit pro
Hello, Is a masking feature ever coming in movie edit pro? I have the 2016 version but i will buy a newer version if they come out with something like bezier masking because i want to remove a background without a green screen. Is that possible in

    [Solved] Full screen mask size
After using Pan or Zoom is any simple way to "reset" mask size to full screen? I understand I can come back and copy a Key Frame, but it seems you have to have one before you can copy it. Otherwise it is not the best experience trying to resize back

    [Solved] Silent Movie Effect
Hi All ~ I just upgraded from Movie Edit Pro plus 2013 where I had easy access to "old Movie" preset video effect to Movie Edit Pro Plus where I do not. Instead what I have is 'black and white' at either high or low resolution (but with no grain,

RE: [Solved] ? what does it means ?
Hi Knud Do you mean something like this? If so the effect is achieved with a single png image with a black background and a small transparent hole in the centre used as a mask. The timeline is set up as you can see in the first image below, and the

    RE: [Solved] Alpha masks missing
Hi, It looks like you have the basic version of MEP, not even the Plus version. I don't believe that the masks come with the basic version, only Plus and Premium, along with many other things. It is really quite limited in features.

    [Solved] Alpha masks missing
MEP 17 vers. 16.0.1.22The Alpha masks folder is empty. I have downloaded all extra content except for Slideshow maker styles 1 & 2 and sound track maker styles (they don't sound relevant to the problem anyway and it's many MB extra weight).

RE: [Solved] Why might I not be able to make keyframes for "Section" parameters?
Hi Mike, Looking at that, I can't see any need for a section or a mask. With A on track 1 and B on track 3, you simply start sliding in B from the left and when it gets to the organist (A), put a kf on A to start and then move along the timeline a

RE: [Solved] Blurring only part of the video [Movie Edit Pro 2015]
Hi, Again, you need a mask. Here is one that you can try. The split is at the middle, but the feathering is towards the right. Place it between the 2 video tracks as shown. Give it Chromakey alpha. You may have to flip the arrow. In my image,

@Rickvv Here's an indication of what can be done, but not with Magix as far as I know. I've used Virtual Dub to move the reds 10 pixels to the left. Unfortunately, the red badge moved as well. 😂. It's probably possible to mask the badge area so it

RE: importing a stereo mp3 file into both tracks seprately
@John EB I would assume the hiss level is quite high relative to the actual voices, is this correct? If so, then as @browj2 mentioned previously, you may need a better de-hisser/voice de-noiser than SFACL has. Certainly a fair amount. Seems like

RE: Karaoke: how do I do Text underlining or colorfilling for a set time?
my short term (easy) solution to this is to simply insert a count down timer (between lyrics) as another text layer. 😂 might revisit the moving mask in the future... but I can see the mask may be too involved when certain notes / lyrics need to held

@Jared-S Hi, rotoscoping is drawing on each frame, in your case around a person to create a mask so you can isolate it from the blur fx you've added, if it's a moving object like a person in a video a mask has to be created for every frame, drawing
