  I need to rotate a video recorded from a Kodak C330 compact digital camera. This is an older camera with the video file as MOV format with 320*240 pixel resolution, 20 FPS, and 11.025 kHz audio sampling. The original audiovideo plays fine with VLC

  My theory is that video artifacts might be due to needing to decompress and then recompress the H265 codec while rotating the video on Intel Xe integrated graphics if both the imported and exported videos are H265. I had a similar problem with video
