    simonfdd, Your MEP 'Help' file is a good place to start. The first two entries in my version of MEP are 'Create still frame'. It's not perfect logic, but frame s are under 'File' >> 'Export movie' >> Single frame a JPG...'

    RE: loaded up movie edit pro 17 plus hd--- when inporting movie files or any file the the screen freezes up. All other program that were loaded to computer work fine. Using windows vista with plenty of memory.
