Yes you can! Place the cursor on the frame, and press "ALT+M" (BMP-picture) or "ALT+N" (JPG-picture). Or File > Export movie > Single frame. You can set the resolution and name.

Hi, You did not mentioned version of Magix Music Maker any way. In Magix Music Maker, we can use different loops in proper formats such as ogg, wav or mp3 but the only problem we can not is adding in Library because Magix Soundpool

robhervey, Illogical as it may seem, the option to export a still image is under 'File' >> 'Export movie'! You can do jpg or bmp, with control over output resolution. You can also do an animated gif. Regards, Carl

Cannot add pictures to Video Pro X
I have version 8.6 of the program. I have created a project and I want to add some pictures to overlay some video but I cannot import any pictures. It does nothing. I tried even dragging them from Windows onto the Magix Video Pro window

Thanks for posting the video... Is that the only location you can use to export the BMP or JPG? I haven't had movement before but if it was between frames maybe that could happen. How are you creating the still frame? Just so I understand.

Put the red cursor in the position of a suitable frame in the scene and export with Alt+M (BMP) or Alt+N (JPEG). The still image will be stored in the export folder, which will be shown automatically.

RE: MEP15- Can you Pause or take a picture from a movie?
Put your red cursor at the postion, from where you want to export a still frame, use Alt+M (BMP) or Alt+N (Jpeg). Store the picture and drag it back to the timeline, e.g. in track 3. Then it will overlay the original video according to its length.

As far as I know this doesn't work, because usually the MP3-Files don't have the information (bmp, length) in their tags. Soundpools are something like a bonus, with nice categorization and information...your mp3 files It's no big deal to switch
