RE: Goya BurnR, some options like Finalise disc are greyed out
@peterkbartholomew What kind of dics are you trying to burn? CD-R or CD-RW? Maybe the program doesn't work well with your CD burner. Here are updated burning routines from Magix. Try them to see if it helps. Windows 8:

RE: Burning slideshow as a Blu-ray iso takes 9 hours
Hi Yes, this is a Toshiba laptop. The BD burner is an internal drive - Matshita BD-MLT UJ262ABW. I could not find the Program settings, Device options, Video mode section. However, when I ran dxdiag, the display tab was pointing to the Intel display

@Steve-2021 Hi Thanks for the computer specification. I assume from the GT 745M that this is a laptop which is the bare minimum for working with Photostory 2022 and the latest update 'tipped it over the edge' with respect to hardware requirements

Thanks for the tips. I definitely cannot get the same quality on a DVD that I have used previously. I tried to burn a number of times and with the best quality settings, but to no avail.  I have exported to MPEG-4 with Full HD setting, and this does

@AAProds Well, I'm on my 10th try to burn something today. My regular DVD burner works great, so I can burn other files to CD or DVD with no problem. I'm using "C:\Program Files\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro Premium\2022\". The program shows all the features

@Cecil-Gonzales Gday, we'll need the program name and version number. Also, could you provide some more information on the burn issue. For example: Does the burn process only stop at the very end, after the mixing down has occurred, or does it fail

    RE: Burn problems
I'm running windows 10 with all updates. I guess you are right that MEP 15 has 'been left behind'. I am very happy with MEP 15, it does everything I want so, like you, I will create an ISO image and burn that with a dedicated DVD burner prog. Thanks

    RE: Burn problems
@Jim-Bloor I'm with you now. It could be that MEP 15 isn't playing nicely with your current version of Windows by not displaying your burner, which obviously is working OK as you can use Ashampoo. Unfortunately, as time goes on, Windows evolves and

    RE: Burn problems
Hi. Thanks for replying I am using Magix Edit Pro 15. When I try to select a burner the box is empty. Magix creates a folder with the video files which I can burn with the Ashampoo burner. Works fine but I am sure I could do all the burning from MEP

    RE: Burn problems
@Jim-Bloor Gday Jim, what program and version are you using? If you're using MEP, MEP uses it's own burning software, so you should have the actual physical device name in the burner list, not 3rd party software. Here's my burner list: My physical

@barry-e Hi . . . . There is not a iso option but that is all the process does (create an ISO) . The burners are ok as I have tried a test with NERO and I can burn files with that . . . . The Image recorder is specifically for creating an ISO image
