    Hi That sounds like you have an issue with iTunes interfering - DRM? Try exporting the music file from itunes if you can before using it in Photostory. HTH John

    I inserted a music file that plays well in itunes, but pops like static in the slide show? I tried sound optimization in photostory but no change. Is there a say to fix this?

    Hi, If you have them in the right format (.mp3 or .wav) just drag them in to the timeline George ps, if they are from iTunes, then they may well be protected, and you will not be able to do anything with them.

    Hi Just to add to Georges answer - In iTunes right-click on the audio files name and select Get Info, Kind it will say Protected or Purchased If it Protected then the DRM has prevented ACL opening the file and you cannot edit the file

    Hi, Many if not most iTunes files are protected so you will not be able to open them in Audio Cleaning Lab.  Some are not and you can export them as .MP3 or open them directly as AAC files in Cleaning Lab.  It they are protected you won't be

    Carl,   Thank you.  I appreciate the quick answer.  I believe you are correct.  I used iTunes advanced features to create an mp3 version of the song I wanted to use, and then it did show up in the Photostory Media list.   Thanks, Robert
