Dear MAGIX Support,My name is Ernő Kánya and I am writing to you for the second time, as no reply has been received to my letter of 25 August. The Rescue your videoTapes you purchased from you came in a 64-bit format despite the 32-bit order, which

John, thanks so much! These files were exported from the Windows version of Premiere. The source files are pro-res digitized from 2" videotape.

@kg79 Hi . . . . this was before I purchased "rescue your videotapes" . . . . When did you purchase RYVT? The version number would suggest this is an old version, which may be incompatible with Windows 10. @Xenofex2 - why do you not record directly

Sorry, not really an answer to your question, just an alternative solution. I too have recently utilised 'Rescue Your Videotapes' to transfer family VHS to a MP4 file. However once that had been completed I reverted back to my Magix Movie Edit Pro

Sound Forge internally runs at floating point 32 bit, but saves the file as to what the user specifies (at least up to supported max). AFAIK, the max sample rate in SF is 192kHz. Most pro music studios and S/FX recordists record at 88.2k or 96k, in

No, not personally. The only time I have seen anything similar to this was years ago as a form of copyright protection on prerecorded videotapes where they put strong signals between frames. What is throwing me is it appears to be on the source

And the exact version of Rescue Your Videotapes? If it is, as you suggested earlier, an "older" version it may well be 32 bit only and my original suggestion that the USB driver is the wrong bittage for your OS is the source of your problem.
