I have 250 .vip projects (previous version). Can I import them into the new Music Maker pgm? I don't want to lose all the work - OR - having to burn physical CDs - only to then be ripped.

In the Music Editor 2.0 you will need to start a new VIP project.     It will look like the above screen shot. Once you have the VIP window open you will need to import your files. To do this press "W" on your keyboard, this will

Problem with Audio Cleaning Lab 12
After I have recorded a file in AC Lab 12, in .mp3 format and save it (as well as also saving the overall project in .vip ormat), I then find that I cannot re-load it to clean it at a later time.   The saved file appears as an .mp3 but is

    RE: Cleaning Lab 16
If you mean VIP files, no, probably not, but you can certainly export them from ACL 15 in wav or mp3 format, then import them into ACL 16? That should work. Cheers, M o' L

Thank you. I actually called and got a sweet deal on Samplitude 11.5. It seems to be working fine with some of my old VIP's.

It looks like it won't. You see the question above is also about ACL 17. I lost all access to  my previous VIP files and I can't change the filename extention association in Windows. I wonder if anybody who knows speaks English.

Boy, do I agree! I went from ACL12 to 17. In the process I lost all my old VIP files. I can't associate my VIP files with ACL. It's discouragingto see your question out there for a week and no response. I posted a question yesterday. Good luck!

Hi puzzledman. A good thing to bear in mind with the ACL is that the editing you do is non-destructive. So you create a project, load an audio file, edit it, and at the end create a VIP file. If you've not already noticed, these are prett small, as
