2022 Installer fails

Hello, I attempted to update to Movie Edit Pro 2022 from version 2021, but the installation falls over. I've reported the issue already, but no meaningful response so far. As the 2022 installer continues to fail, I temporarily need to go back to the 2021 version, but I can't seem to find the full 2021 installation files anywhere. Please, where I can find the correct file? 2021 works just fine.

Have you tried logging on to your Magix account and looked under “My Products” for the installer to Movie Edit Pro 2021. I checked mine and I can see my previous versions.

That being said, what error messaged did you get during installation of 2022?

My installation of Movie Edit Pro 2022 went smoothly (PC configured as per signature)

Thanks Promidi. Unfortunately, "My products" shows a list of my previous programs, but the installer tries to install v2022 which I do not want until the bugs are sorted out. It all went wrong with an error message. I just need the previous installer to reinstall v2021.

Thanks for your help. I made a more recent post here. I managed to get it reinstalled using a Trial version. The activation dialogue tells me my code, email etc is valid, but I cannot open the program. I'll try the email address as you suggest.
