Same here. I searched support and other resource, cleared temp folders etc. Still stuck.

Perhaps it is their server that are overloaded because even on good days I get maybe 200k/sec from them even though my network is 1Gbps and can easily receive 100,000k/Sec from elsewhere.

Imagine if many people are trying to receive the new Studio 2023.

Same here the download manager stop by itself always at 0% anyways I think I'm gonna skip this upgrade, I had enough problems already with the 2022 version.

Hi

. . . . I'm trying to install Movie Studio 2023, but it stops at 0% . . . .

There would appear to be a bug in the progress bar of the download manager.

I tested this and the download does indeed progress and the installation launch - depending on your Internet down load speed this can take from 10 - 30 mins.

You can check the download from the Internet is progressing by opening Task Manager and on the performance tab Ethernet option you should see the Internet traffic Received value is in the 100's + Kbps - assuming you have no other downloads occurring.

I have raised a support ticket for this.

Does this problem apply to the extra content also? (It appears so). When the download does change to stop, is it necessary to press the continue button or will it continue to download without the progress bar?

@bjtap

Hi

If the extra content is stopping and you get the continue button, this is not the same issue as above.

The stopping of the extra content can occur for many reasons including interruption of the Internet connection, a slow response from the servers, doing other tasks on the computer which may interrupt the process.

Clicking Continue, will proceed with the download, you should see the downloaded figures changing along side the item being downloaded - there is no progress bar.

The stopping of the download may occur several times, I would suggest during the download you do not do anything else on the computerwhile the downloads are in progress.
