I have Video Pro X16 (v22) 365. I get a screen that says I have a new version avialable , X17 (v23). When I click "on update" now it downloads the software , closes the X16 software and then does nothing. When I try to download the product from the portal it gives me the version I already have. I sent a support request and the reply said to make sure my system is updated, which I did and tried again with the same result. Anyone else experience this?
