Yes, and it's actually quite simple, when you know how. Use MEP Plus or Premium, not basic, even though this might work, I can't really say.

Assume 3 cameras; c1 is zoomed out full at 100%; c2 is zoomed in 175% at the left; c3 is zoomed in 175% at the right of the image. Put the video on the timeline. You are in c1 mode.

Make a first cut (shortcut T) where c2 comes in, then another cut where it goes out. Under Effects, View/Animation, Size/Position, zoom to 175 (or whatever) and either drag the image to centre what you want at the left, or type 0 in for the left position, and drag the image up or down to centre what you want. When happy, click on the down arrow at the top right of the Position/Size window and select "Save video effects." An effects box pops up. Deselect what you don't want, if anything, keeping x-pos, y-pos, Width, Height. Give it a name, like c2 and save it.

Now onto the next scene. It can be either c1, in which case you just need to make a cut where you want the next camera change occurs. You are already in c1 mode. But if you want c3, then make the zoom, say 175, and centre over the right side of the screen (i.e. the person at the right). When happy, click on the down arrow at the top right of the Position/Size window and select "Save video effects." An effects box pops up. Deselect what you don't want, if anything, keeping x-pos, y-pos, Width, Height. Give it a name, like c3 and save it.

In both cases, make sure that you don't drag beyond the window edge or you will have a black part.

Now you have 3 cameras, two of them with the effects saved for reuse.

Make the next cut, and either leave it as c1 or click on the down arrow at the top right of the Position/Size window and select "Load video effects." Select c2 or c3 and the effect will be applied to that scene. Continue on making the cuts and applying the cameras. Remember that c1 is simply zoom = 100, centred.

Now, in earlier versions, there was a part under Effects for "My presets." In MEP2018+, Magix seems to have forgotten it and have undoubtedly been reminded. Until then, you have to load the effect from the popdown. Otherwise, there would be icon buttons and you could just apply the effect by clicking on the button.

There is another way and that is just using the copy effects/paste effects. You can paste multiple times, but only the effect that was last copied. So you could first make all cuts, copy the c2 effects, and paste it to each clip where you want c2. Then copy c3 effects, and paste it to each clip where you want c3.
