Access violation error n NTDLL,dll

rob1200 wrote on 12/19/2025, 6:03 AM

After installing and starting VideodeLuxe Premium 2026, I spontaneously get the error message ‘Access violation in module NTDlL.dll’ exception 0xc000005. The programme crashes.

I performed an integrity check with DISM.exe in Windows 11, but found no problems. Can anyone help me with this?

My System:

Win 11 (25H2), GPU Nvidea 4070, CPU intel i9, 64 RAM.

Hi

. . . . Access violation in module NTDlL.dll’ exception 0xc000005 . . . . integrity check with DISM.exe . . . .

Did you follow this up with a sfc system check, DISM only checks the integrity of the OS image/recovery environment stored on your PC ?

. . . . Win 11 (25H2) . . . .

If you are logging on to the system with a Microsoft account, have you disabled or modified OneDrive syncing to exclude the Magix folder created on install?

Please quote the full model name for the CPU.

Are the drivers for the RTX at version 591.44 then you need to roll them back to the last of the 581.xx series. Something was broken with the 591.44 release.

Hi

I have done the sfc check, no problems. RTX version is 591.59. I have put Onedrive on hold, no change and deleted the Videodeluxe ini file. No change. I have put my system specs in my profile.

HI

. . . . RTX version is 591.59 . . . .

As there is no mention of a fix for the issues encountered with the 591.44 driver issue I would suggest you roll back to driver version 581.80.

Are the UHD 770 drivers up to date, the latest version is 32.0.101.7082

Which Antivirus is installed and in use?

. . . . I have put my system specs in my profile . . . .

My apologies, in your Signature would be better, then they appear in posts as a link as seen below.
