Activate Online Failed: An online connection could not be established.

Hi,

I'm using Movie Editor Pro 2021 Plus Steam Edtion.

When I try to export movie as MPEG-4 video, it required activation-online and then failed with the folloing message:

"An online connection could not be established. Please make sure your computer is correctly connected to the Internet. A firewall mya also be blocking access."

I have checked my Internet settings and there is no problem.

Can you help me? I need to fix it a.s.a.p..

Hi BR and welcome to the Movie Edit Pro user to user forums.

Have you added Movie Edit Pro to the exceptions list of the Windows defender firewall?

Check that MEP 2021 is on the list.
