Activating 2 remaining instruments the is owed for Music Maker 2020 !

Music Maker 2020 only provided me with 1 Vita Magix Synth instrument = Jazz Guitar and 1 Tiny Instrument = Hands & Claps. Therefore you owe me 2 Vita Magix Synth insruments of my choice, please make these 2 remaining instruments available for download and activation within your download and activation technology and within my account and software that you provided me for installation, which is a Magix Administration adjustment.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix Support staff.

As a result, no-one here can do anything to help you resolve this problem. If the "missing" instruments you believe you should have do not appear as "credits" in your installation of MM and so not available to select and download, you will need to use this page to contact Magix Sales and request their help.

However, you need to be aware that MM exists in three "variants", Free, Plus and Premium. Which variant do you have? Each variant offers a different number and types of downloadable instruments.
