Activating the add-on activation packs- ComputerID...???

i wish to activate the add-on activation packs. i wish to know what is computerID* details to be entered to activate the program.

Exactly which Content Pack? You have chosen Movie Edit Pro as your software. Is that the correct product?

You are normally only asked for a Computer ID when you are trying to activate the software on a different computer to the one where that software is actually installed.

Please answer my first two questions and then tell us a lot more about how you are trying to activate the content pack.
