Hello, I've been forced by a crash to reinstall Movie Edit Pro 2021 full version to the same computer as the original install. However, I had to use a 2021 Trial installer due to "My Account" not showing a download for this product. My key and email address is valid for this computer, but the program does not accept it. I get error 14 when trying to activate it. How do I get the program to work?

From where did you obtain the installer for the 2021 trial version?
From what you describe, I wonder whether you actually have the trial version installer for 2022, since I would doubt the 2021 version is still available?
Strictly speaking, error code 14 suggests that you are incorrectly entering at least some digits of the serial code. Especially check for the number 0 (zero) as against the letter O, also that it is the correct code for the product and version you have installed.

Hi Jeff,
The Trial file I have is called: trial_movieeditpro2021_dlm_op4wd1.exe
It does indeed open as a Trial version of 2021.
However, I also just received version Video_deluxe_2021_Plus_20.0.1.65_DLV_INT_200820_12-35.exe that is the full package.
Asking nicely opens doors!
