Activation Code

Help please!! When I go to burn a disc is says need activation code, I enter it is says incorrect. I go to website it say must register, when I go to register it says serial number already registered....help!

We need more information:-

MEP version including the version number under Help, About . . . and is it Basic, Plus or Premium
Windows version and is it 32 or 64 bit
The burn settings are you selecting

Movie Edit Pro 14 is not compatible with Windows 8.

You need a compatible version of MEP eg MEP 2014 onwards to be able to burn to DVD.
