Unfortunately your post does not make sense, or rather is not really a question which other users might be able to answer!

If you are asking about how to activate the MPEG Codec in your version of Rescue Your Videotapes, the usual method is for your computer to be connected to the Internet and then make on-line contact with the Magix server. If no fee is needed for the activation, it will be carried out automatically. If a fee is required you will receive an on-screen message stating this, telling you how to make payment. Once that payment is made, you should then receive details of how to activate the codec.
