Are you referring to a Video Pro X purchase or just the creation of an account? An account for the program must be made at the main Magix website where the program was purchased. Ray. Header for Email should have been Magix Shop Conformation of your order... Thank you for your order..... Within which you would have had your order number. Relevant serial numbers and download links for all entitled third party plugins. The 'Code' is the serial number beginning with P3- which you should copy and paste as a whole (including the P-3 bit) into activating your program. If you have not received such an email I suggest emailing with your details to shop@magix.net. As users we can not help further. Ray. 1
