I made an account and activated my key but whenever I go to log in it just redirects me to this page and when I go to proceed it says "The serial number you entered has already been used. You may have already registered. Registering again is not necessary. If you have any questions, please contact out technical support team: http://support.magix.net".
I have no idea how to sign in and use the software.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

If this is your first activation of the software you do need to use the link to contact Magix. This is only a user to user forum. There are no Magix staff here.
If it isn't your first install you need to log into your Magix account that you created when you first installed and used the software to deregister the program from your old machine to be able to reactivate it on the new one.

- is this a new installation?
- which version of Video pro X (VPX) are you trying register?
- is VPX built in activation/registration dialog that appears when you start the program giving you an error message?

- where did you purchase VPX from?

1. Yes, first time I've installed it
2. VPX 11
3. The activation bit is greyed out when the program first starts and my only option is to activate & register online
4. I got it in a Humble Bundle
PS. It says that I own the product if I go to my account products online
I also got my copy of VPX from the Humble bundle offer with no problems.
Did you use their download links? If not, you must. I'm wondering if you downloaded the new VPX at the Magix site instead that your key would not be able to activate. If you did use the Humble Bundle download links I personally think you need to contact Humble Bundle about your activation code.

Hey, I completely forgot I changed my email address on the account and after making sure the email is correct it worked (I thought I did this yesterday but I must've been using a newer version from their site). Thanks for the help 😎
