Activation Key Registered But Not Registered

I just did a complete format and reinstall of my PC and now can't get Music Maker 2023 to accept my key. I tried going to My Products and it shows I registered the product and gives the date. But it doesn't show the actual key (which thankfully I saved elsewhere). There's also no option to deactivate.

Trying to use the key in app says it's already used, same with entering it online. But when I go to the section to create an activation code, it says the product is not registered.

I am so confused.

I also have the 80s, EDM and Hip Hop versions as well, and those are all giving me the same hiccup.

@Squeego Music Maker had Free Edition from version 2018 up until version 2024. The 80s, EDM and Hip Hop versions were technically the Free Edition plus some genre specific audio loops.

So, your option is now to install Music Maker 2024 Free Edition and use your email and password to log in to unlock your loops again. You cannot enter the serial numbers/voucher codes a second time. You only can log in with your e-mail and password.
