Add Privacy Blur to custom section

Hi, there I've just started using Movie Edit Pro Prem v17 and would like to know a quick and easy way I can add privacy blur to a region within my video.?

Here is a very quick method that can be applied to images or video. The mask I selected was for convenience you can us any of the masks available.

If the region you are wanting to blur is moving then you would need to Keyframe animate the mask.
