Adding the new(ish) plug-in browser to Sequoia 14?

Hello. Is there a way to add the new(ish) plug-in browser to Sequoia 14? I believe it was first introduced in Sequoia 15. Thank you!

@RadioFelix I would recommend to ask customer service at proservice@magix.net directly.

I personally suspect, that this isn't possible without upgrading to a newer version of Sequoia.
