Adjusting scene location (start/end)

If I just use the cursor (hand) to grab a scene to move it left or right, even with the slightest mouse movement, it can only be moved as little as 1.5 tolike 2 seconds. Is there any way to reposition a scene by selecting it and telling the program to move it left or right by smaller increments (like by frames or something)? I'm trying to line up multiple video clips to a music track and even a move of 1.5 seconds won't work, of course. Using Movie Edit 2013

Hi

. . . . . Is there any way to reposition a scene by selecting it and telling the program to move it left or right by smaller increments (like by frames or something)? . . . .

The amount of movement you are getting would suggest you are viewing the full timeline, try zooming in to the left or right end of the object depending on which way you want to move it, the movement then becomes finer.

The zooming in worked beautifully! As much as it would be great to be able to fine tune the actual start location by typing in the exact start time you want, at least by zooming in to the selected scene, the grab and move scrubbing option in a zoom does help line things up so much better. My thanks again!
