I am looking to upgrade to a newer version of Movie Edit Pro soon. Does anyone know of a version that lets you change the colour temperature of videos?

White balance normally adjusts the temperature. But, if you want an effect that shows temperature allowing you to adjust it, you need the HitFilm plugin Movie Essentials Pack. I purchased it on sale in the Store within the program. Occasionally, it comes bundled with MEP or VPX, but not at the moment.
Which version do you have? Basic, Plus or Premium, and version under Help, About?
I use Video Pro X. The measuring instruments are quite useful for assisting in colour and brightness adjustment.
Make sure that you Upgrade and not purchase new, unless the new purchase is less than the upgrade price. Also, watch for special pricing and bundling of plugins. They change over time.
It seems that this web site does not like screen names with a "." in them. When I click on your name, I get the 404 page.
