after i enter serial# it doesnt open

entered serial # says program will restart for updates then nothing i uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times wont just open like normal

@chris-jones8061 You could try to disable Windows Defender temporarily. Or try to run the program as administrator by right clicking on the program icon.
