AlphaEffectsMask folder empty - Please help

I need to pixelate some faces in a video, so watched the tutorial of how to do it,
but when I've reached the stage of entering the Load Mask Effects, the folder is empty. :(

Does anyone know how to get them please?

*Also when I uploaded a similar image of my own into that folder, then into the project, the next stage's 'MOVEMENT EFFECTS' tab isn't showing in the menu...

(I'm using Magix Movie Edit Pro)

For masking multiple faces see this tutorial the link to the image in the PDF file is broken - use this link to get the image

This would suggest you have not downloaded and installed all the extras - Help, Install extra content.

Hello I have checked there but there is only 1 available download under that tab, an MP4 codec.

Also there is no 'Movement Effects' tab in the menu either...

Hi,

And right above the MP4 codec is a big button that says "Download extra content." Click on it.

Ok ive downloaded all the content packs, but for every single one when it tries to install it shows this message-
"The installation is only possible after unlocking MAGIX Movie Pro''

However I'm not using a trial demo version, I paid for MEP software last year...
