Every time I close Movie Edit Pro Premium 2017 it reopens wanting me to submit a crash report. I copied the crash log to a file and this is what it shows below. Whats weird is that the program doesnt crash, im not sure why this message appears. Any idea how I can fix this?

Hi

Did you send the crash log to Magix as indicated in the error message?

If not do so, close MEP, then restart the computer Windows button, Power, Restart allow Windows to stabilise for a couple of minutes and then start MEP and all should be well.

Johnebaker

I did send the crash log to Magix. A reboot doesn't fix it. These screenshots below is what i always get when I do a normal close on Magix movie edit pro. After I close the program by either clicking on the top right "X" or selecting file > Exit, the program closes and then automatically I get the popup message saying that "Magix delux plus is restarting", then I get the other message(see attached img) Is a continuous loop. I reinstalled Magix and that didn't fix it either.
