Hi,

Without further detail the implication of your question is that

1. You cannot burn any DVD

2. You have never been able to do so.

Is that correct? Are you a new user trying in vain to burn your first project?

Is it MEP 2013 as you said in your original post, or 2014 as you now state?

More importantly, is this all projects or just one in particular?

You need to provide full details of what you are doing and what happens at each step. Including any error messages in full.

Ooh! I like 0xc000 0005 exceptions, BTW, you may throw a glance at the msdn.microsoft.com  .

That was quick - you didn't wait long! So have you now ditched MEP 2014?

One obscure cause I found that can cause problems with ntdll.dll is due to the Samsung program called Kies. You might just check whether you have a file avrt.dll that Kies put in the Windows\System32 folder. If you do, rename or delete it and see if MEP 2014 now burns your project OK.
