Applied effects does not apply to exported video (mp4 or WMV)

I have used the effect "Artistic Blur" with an effect mask. I can see the blur effect in the preview, but when I export the video, the blur effect is not applied. Any suggestions why? And how to solve it?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

We need more information:

Your computer specification - see this topic for details of what is required and please quote the processor and graphics card/chipset make / model in full.
The version of Movie Edit pro you are using - as found under Help, About.
Which export preset are you using and did you change any of the parameters.
A screen shot of the program settings Device options tab if you have one or the Display options tab

The program is a licensed Movie Edit Pro Plus 2017, 16.04., Graphic: 121 Intel UHD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. My processor is Intel Core i7-9750CP, 16 GB Ram, running Windows 10 x64.

I use default standard export settings (have reset them).

The problem does only apply when I use an effect mask, when I use an effect on the whole video, it applies fine to exported video, so I guess the problem might be related to the effect mask?
