It will - the available Internet speed of your connection is shared with the activities your are doing at the time you are downloading whether from Magix, Google Drive or other web sites.
Your request for upload to a third party site has been removed - see the community rules section 5 - the add-ons are copyright protected and must be downloaded from Magix - this also protects you from potential viruses and malware from illegal downloads.
