Which audio driver are you using?

Can you please give your full computer specs including what windows build you are using and which version of Movie Edit Pro. That may help with any fault finding.

Can you also explain more about the 'latency' ie do you mean the audio or video lags or stutters when Previewing the timeline?

Does the same happen after you export the project to video file?

What is the video source ie screen recording, mobile device, camera etc and the resolution?
