Can anyone recommend ideal settings, after reviewing the laptop specs below?

There are no ideal settings.

Settings can be project load vs component capability dependent and can vary.

Settings have both advantages and setbacks. Stability vs performance. Component versatility vs component cost.

Everything is compromise. How much are you willing to spend for incremental increases in performance?

Getting the component mix correct is more important than the overall performance of one component. Especially in laptops.
