Audio format is not supported

I Upgraded to Edit Pro Premium. Now bone of my video files audio will import. Everything was fine with previous versions of Vegas and Movie Studio. I get the message for every file. "The audio format of your source file is not supported. Please use other programs for conversion" This is not good. I have to use an older version of Movie Edit. I can no longer use the program that I purchased! Please help me!!

I notice from a previous post, that you were experiencing the exact opposite problem: audio, but no video, now video, but no audio!

What format are these audio files? Please download and install the free MediaInfo utility, point it to one of the files whose audio is not supported and copy and paste here the results of the Text view.

Also, you were asked in your earlier thread to add full details of your computer hardware, OS etc., to create your "signature". That request still stands!
