Hi,

What exactly did you do to open "the wave format?" Do you mean "Edit" "Compile audio?"

What happened to the audio files? You should still see them all. We need more explanation to be able to follow what you did.

To get the sound back on the video clips, right-click on the video part, select "Audio functions" "Restore original sound."

Hi

If all you need to do is adjust the audio levels then you do not need to open the external editor or separate the audio track. Just drag the handle of the audio track up and down in the MEP Timeline or in the Mixer (M key), or Rt click the track for more options for cleaning etc.
